Payment service providers in Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan's payments run on two domestic card schemes, Uzcard and Humo, and on payment apps built around them. This page lists {count} payment providers, P2P platforms and processing teams that accept or pay out Uzbek som (UZS).
Local payment methods in Uzbekistan
- Uzcard and Humo domestic cards, plus Visa and Mastercard from local banks; card-to-card C2C transfers are everyday behaviour.
- Payme, Click, Uzum and bank apps: pay by card inside the app, by QR or by phone number — see mobile commerce.
- Bank transfers, and Russian SBP for remittance corridors with Russia.
- Crypto via licensed providers, and USDT for settlement between partners.
Regulation
Banks and payment organisations are licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan; crypto-asset service providers are licensed by the National Agency of Perspective Projects (NAPP). Gambling and online betting have historically been prohibited, and currency rules affect how foreign merchants settle.
P2P processing and payouts
International merchants often reach Uzbek customers through P2P processing: customers transfer to Uzcard/Humo cards of traders or teams, and the provider settles in USDT. Compare pay-in/payout rates, success rate, card blocking risk and the insurance deposit required. Payouts to Uzcard/Humo by card number are a common service for gig platforms and remittance.
How to choose
- Coverage of Uzcard and Humo, plus wallet apps
- Conversion and time to credit
- Daily volume, min/max ticket
- Settlement currency and frequency; compliance with local rules
Merchants from Uzbekistan and tech providers are listed too. Check offers or post a request.
