This privacy policy explains what data Nominal hub (the "Platform") collects, why, and how we use it. By using the Platform, you agree to this policy.

What data we collect

• Account data: email, username, display name and password (stored only as a hash).
• Content you publish: listings, reviews, jobs, texts and images.
• Contact requests: the name, contact method and message you enter in the form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, time of visit — in server logs.
• Cookies: your login session and the selected site language.
• Advertising statistics: banner views and clicks — anonymised and aggregated.

Why we use it

• To run the Platform: signing in, publishing content, passing on contact requests.
• To moderate content and protect the Platform from abuse and fraud.
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To count ad placement statistics and improve the Platform.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share data with

• Companies in the directory receive your name, contact and message only when you send them a contact request yourself.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, email) — to the extent needed to run the Platform.
• A machine translation service receives the texts of published content to translate them into the site's other languages.
• Public authorities — only where required by applicable law.

Informational nature

The Platform publishes information about companies and market participants for reference only. We do not check how directory companies process the data you share with them directly: each of them has its own privacy policy.

Retention and security

We keep data while the account exists or as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no method of transmitting or storing data online is absolutely secure.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and delete your account. To do so, write to [email protected]. Reviews and posts that have become part of the directory may be anonymised instead of deleted.

Children

The Platform is intended for a professional audience and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
