Terms of use

These terms of use govern the use of the Nominal hub website (the "Platform"). By opening the Platform, registering or posting content, you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is informational

The Platform is an information resource. All content on it — including company listings, ratings, reviews, articles, jobs, ad banners, selections and descriptions of processes — is published for information purposes only.

• Content is not a recommendation, advice, offer, promotion of financial services or invitation to enter into a transaction.
• Content is not financial, investment, legal, tax or any other professional advice.
• Listing order, ratings and badges reflect data and user opinions and do not imply endorsement or any guarantee.
• The Platform does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information posted by users and companies.

The Platform is not a party to any relationship

• The Platform does not provide payment, banking, exchange or other financial services and does not accept, hold or transfer funds or digital assets.
• The Platform does not act as an intermediary, agent, broker or representative of anyone, does not match parties and does not take part in negotiations or transactions.
• Passing on contacts upon request is a technical feature of the Platform; it is not a recommendation and creates no obligations for the Platform.
• Any arrangements between users and companies are made by them independently, at their own risk and responsibility.

If the Nominal team provides separate services, their terms are set out in a separate agreement. Platform content does not become part of such an agreement.

Trademarks and brands

• Company names, logos, trademarks and other designations belong to their respective owners.
• They are mentioned on the Platform only to describe and identify companies and their services.
• Mentioning a brand does not imply partnership, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by the rights holder or by the Platform.
• A rights holder can request correction or removal of content by writing to [email protected]. We review such requests within a reasonable time.

User content

• Users are responsible for the content they post and confirm that they hold the rights to it and that it does not break the law or third-party rights.
• By posting content, users allow the Platform to store, display, translate (including automatically) and distribute it as part of operating the Platform.
• Moderation does not mean the content has been verified on its merits; the Platform may remove any content without giving reasons.

Legal compliance

• Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their country and their counterparties' countries, including licensing, KYC/AML, sanctions and tax requirements.
• Before working with any company in the directory, carry out your own due diligence: licences, reputation, legal standing and risks.
• Using the Platform for illegal activity is forbidden. The Platform may restrict access, remove content and, where required by law, share information with the competent authorities.
• The Platform may be unavailable or restricted in certain countries.

Limitation of liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, its owners and team are not liable for direct or indirect losses, lost profits, data loss or other consequences arising from the use of the Platform, its content or dealings with companies and users.
• The Platform is not responsible for the content of external websites and advertising that links and banners lead to.

Advertising

Ad banners are placed by advertisers and labelled "Ad". Placing an ad does not mean the Platform has checked or recommends the advertiser.

Account

Users are responsible for keeping their password safe and for all activity in their account. The Platform may suspend or delete an account for breach of these terms or the rules.

Changes

We may change these terms. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page; the update date is shown above. By continuing to use the Platform, you accept the new version.
