What pay-in teams do
A pay-in team handles the deposit side of P2P processing. When a customer tops up an account, the provider shows them the details of a card, account or wallet controlled by the team; the team confirms the incoming payment, and the provider credits the merchant. The team's job is to keep enough working details online, confirm payments fast and keep the conversion rate high.
Typical methods
- Card-to-card transfers (C2C) and bank transfers.
- Instant payment systems: SBP in Russia, UPI in India, PIX in Brazil.
- Mobile wallets and mobile money in Bangladesh, Africa and Southeast Asia.
- QR payments where local banks support them.
Popular GEOs
The largest share of listings covers payin teams for India and Bangladesh, followed by Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, the Philippines and Latin American markets such as Mexico and Argentina.
What to ask before connecting
- How many details (cards, accounts, VPAs) can be online at once and what daily volume they cover.
- Minimum and maximum deposit, peak hours, weekend availability.
- Average confirmation time and the share of deposits that need manual review.
- Size of the security deposit and how disputed or frozen funds are handled.
- Settlement currency (usually USDT) and settlement frequency.
- How the team reports: panel, API callbacks, daily reconciliation files.
Rates for deposits vary widely by method, GEO and ticket size, so compare several offers on the Offers tab rather than relying on one quote.
