Details

Requirements

  • Aggregator, licensed bank or non-bank institution, ISV or integrator
  • Readiness for API integration
  • Meeting country-level eligibility

What we offer

  • Cross-border transfers and payouts on the Mastercard network
  • Joint operation of payment solutions

The Mastercard Move programme brings partners together around cross-border transfers and disbursements. Mastercard invites aggregators, licensed bank and non-bank institutions, independent software vendors (ISVs) and integrators to co-operate payment solutions.

Focus areas - cross-border money movement; - disbursements; - remittances; - API integrations.

Who it suits The programme is institutional: it targets organisations with a licence or technical expertise that will embed these capabilities in their own products. Participation is described as available to existing customers of the service. It is neither procurement of a missing local method nor a promise of volume from a specific merchant.

Mastercard Move partner program: short guide 1. Check which partner type fits you: aggregator, licensed bank or non-bank, ISV or integrator. 2. Confirm eligibility for your country, since it differs by market. 3. Define the use case: payouts to cards or accounts, remittances, or disbursements from a platform. 4. Contact Mastercard through the programme page; an existing customer relationship makes onboarding easier.

Geography The programme is global, though eligibility differs by country. A validity footnote dated October 2025 is not the publication date of the invitation. Country versions of the page and partnerships already announced are not separate requests. For ISVs and integrators, it is a way to add Mastercard-network payouts to a product without holding a licence for every corridor.
