About the event
The PaymentsEd Annual Forum 2027 takes place on 9–11 August 2027 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. PaymentsEd is a merchant-led 501(c)(6) non-profit run by a volunteer board of payments professionals since 1989, with the motto "payments education by merchants, for merchants". The annual forum is where payments teams of merchant companies discuss practical acceptance questions and working with processors and providers; slide decks from the 2026 sessions are already posted on the session pages. Between forums the association runs free webinars throughout the year.
Who should attend Payments managers at retailers and other merchants who handle card acceptance, processing costs and provider relationships. PSPs, acquirers and payment technology vendors get access to merchant payment teams in an educational setting rather than a sales floor.
