About
PAGOS association is the Associação Brasileira do Ecossistema de Pagamentos, a Brazilian body created in 2009 to represent payment institutions and fintechs and to promote dialogue, knowledge production and networking. It is led for 2026-2028 by president Linconl Rocha, with five vice presidents and directors for regulatory affairs, marketing, member relations and legal matters.
Members
Four tiers are offered: sustainer, full, start-up and individual. Members include card issuers, payment facilitators, fintechs, crypto participants, infrastructure developers and support firms in legal, marketing and communications.
What members get
Benefits include working groups, communication groups, monthly in-person meetings, market research and discounts on training. The association publishes an eMagazine, an Annual Payment Report and an Economic Overview, and is preparing a training programme, Academia PAGOS. A marketing initiative on agentic commerce is under way. Meetings address Pix, interoperability and regulatory change, and a regulatory committee works with the central bank and other stakeholders.
The public site explains the mission and how to join; the working groups and chats are for members. It speaks to acquirers, facilitators and wallet operators active in Brazil, in Portuguese.
Payments angle
Working groups and an annual payment report cover acquiring, facilitators, wallets and infrastructure from the Brazilian provider side, including agentic commerce.
