About the event
Ask a Payment Pro is a casual live Q&A series from the Association of Payment Professionals (APP). This MATCH session takes place on Zoom on 27 October 2026 from 9:00 to 9:30 AM Pacific time (PDT). It is a second edition: the first MATCH session in August drew so many questions that APP added another date.
The format is simple — bring any question about MATCH in payment processing, from how merchants end up on the list to how it affects onboarding and underwriting decisions. Questions can also be submitted anonymously in advance. Confirmed experts are Amy Hornung, Compliance Analyst at Nexio, and Ken Musante, Business Development at CorisAI.
Who should attend
Underwriters, risk and onboarding teams at acquirers, ISOs and payment facilitators, and sales staff who regularly deal with merchants flagged in MATCH. High-risk merchants and their advisers can use the Q&A on MATCH to understand how processors read the list.
