Utila

Overview

Utila is a corporate MPC wallet platform with tools for accepting stablecoins and making mass payouts. Founded in 2022, it works from Tel Aviv and New York and describes itself as a non-custodial service.

Wallets and treasury Key products include self-custodial MPC wallets, mass stablecoin payouts, Gas Station and Sweeping APIs, exchange connectivity and KYT integration. MPC means the private key is split into shares, so no single party holds it and signing a transfer needs several approvals. Utila lets businesses automate settlement and manage treasury.

Payments and partners The listed services are stablecoin pay-ins, batch payouts, treasury, on/off ramp and wallet infrastructure. On/off-ramp and OTC liquidity are connected through integrated partner systems, so financial execution and licences may sit with those partners; Utila should not be treated as a bank or a direct custodian. Check fiat payout coverage for a given currency with the company.

Clients and pricing Target customers are crypto PSPs, stablecoin orchestrators, OTC desks, funds and neobanks, plus corporate treasury teams. Utila states a transparent SaaS subscription that is considerably cheaper than legacy solutions. Service languages: English; API documentation is public.
