Radar Payments

Radar Payments is a cloud white-label processing platform, described as PayTech PaaS, that combines acquiring and issuing in a single cloud. It targets payment service providers, payment facilitators and neobanks. The company was founded in 2019 and lists Utrecht in the Netherlands and Switzerland as its bases.

Platform The core is white-label acquiring and issuing as a service. Other items are multi-scheme connectivity, 3DS2, dispute management and a wallet engine. The pitch is that a business can launch a PSP without capital expenditure on its own infrastructure, renting the stack instead of building it.

Audience and geography Listed customers are PSPs, PayFacs, neobanks, acquirers and fintechs. Regions named are Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and LATAM, without a country list.

Commercial terms A PaaS subscription is combined with transaction fees. Because licensing responsibility usually stays with the client, an aspiring PSP should ask which regulated entities and scheme memberships it would operate under.
