The company says it was valued at $1.5 billion and counts Square, Coursera, OpenAI and Robinhood among its users.

Business verification The separate KYB suite offers Global Business Registry Lookup, TIN/EIN Verification, AI Corporate Document Extraction and Automated UBO KYC Links. The company states that it automatically sends biometric KYC links to every identified founder holding more than 25% of the company.

Segments and pricing Target verticals are fintech, crypto, AI platforms, marketplaces, edtech and proptech, plus PSPs, PayFacs and neobanks for KYB. There is a free starter plan with 500 checks per month, paid plans from $250 per month and an Enterprise tier. KYB is sold as enterprise SaaS.
