Overview

IMTF is a Swiss software developer behind the modular SironOne platform for anti-money-laundering, KYT, KYC and tax compliance. Founded in 1987, the company is based in Givisiez, Switzerland, with operations in Germany, and it took over the Tonbeller Siron product line from FICO.

Platform modules

SironOne includes SironAML for transaction monitoring, SironEmbargo for payment filtering and SironKYC for customer due diligence. The modular design means an institution can start with one function, such as sanctions filtering, and add monitoring or onboarding checks later.

Clients and reach

IMTF names banks, payment service providers, leasing companies, insurers and fintechs as its audience, and states that it has more than 1,500 clients worldwide. It also says the Siron product line is installed in over 1,200 banks and financial companies. Regional focus is Europe, particularly DACH and the wider EU, with customers in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Licensing and deployment

The software is sold under an enterprise licence and can run in the cloud or on premise. Pricing is individual, so scope, number of users and transaction volumes should be discussed with the vendor.
