Accertify is an enterprise platform for payment fraud prevention, account protection and dispute management, formerly part of American Express. It is based in Itasca, Illinois and was founded in 2007.

Chargebacks The dispute portal serves airlines, online travel agencies, hotels and global retail, and supports all major acquirers. The company states that it attaches boarding and hotel data automatically and supports Compelling Evidence 3.0.

Clients and terms Target sectors are airlines, travel, ticketing, large retailers and gaming. Accertify states that more than 40% of leading global airlines use it. Coverage is global, and the commercial model is an enterprise contract or licence.
