Quickpay is a European payment gateway founded in 2004 in Aarhus, Denmark, and part of the Unzer group. It runs a white-label partner programme for resellers, agencies and payment integrators, with custom gateway branding for partners.

Published EU pricing For EU merchants the schedule is: - EUR 7 per month for the service; - EUR 0.10 per gateway transaction; - Visa and Mastercard acquiring from 1.35% with a EUR 0.10 minimum, plus EUR 0.03 per payment.
Other charges may apply, so model the total on your own turnover. The source also describes a free base tariff with a per-transaction fee, and a separate white-label tariff for partners.
