What P2P processing is

P2P processing accepts and pays out money through networks of traders instead of a classic acquiring bank. The customer pays to a card, phone number or local account of a trader (C2C, SBP, UPI, bank transfer), and the P2P payment provider confirms the transaction and settles the merchant, usually in USDT. It is common in markets where cards are hard to accept or local methods dominate: India, Russia and CIS, Bangladesh, Turkey, parts of Africa and Latin America.

Who is on this page

  • P2P payment gateways that connect merchants to trader liquidity through an API or H2H processing.
  • P2P teams that run pay-in and payout flows for providers.
  • P2P traders offering payin payout capacity in specific GEOs, including merchants of P2P exchanges (Binance P2P, Bybit P2P, OKX P2P).

Related hubs: H2H processing, P2P & H2H software, stablecoin settlement.

How a P2P order works

  1. 1.The merchant creates an order through the gateway API.
  2. 2.The gateway picks a trader with enough limit for this method and amount and returns payment details.
  3. 3.The customer pays; the trader confirms receipt (or it is matched automatically by bank notification).
  4. 4.The merchant balance is credited, and settlement goes out in USDT or fiat. Payouts run the same way in reverse.

How to choose a P2P provider

  • Rates: pay-in and payout percent, often different per method and GEO.
  • Conversion and speed: share of successful deposits, time to credit.
  • Limits and volumes: min/max ticket, daily capacity, payout coverage.
  • Deposit and insurance: whether traders or teams must put down a security deposit.
  • Settlement: USDT or fiat, frequency, rolling reserve.
  • Disputes: how frozen cards and blocked accounts, appeals and refunds are handled.

Starting a P2P processing business

If you want to become a P2P trader or launch your own P2P processing company, look at the Requests tab: providers post what GEOs and methods they need, along with deposit and volume requirements. White-label platforms are listed in white-label processing.

How to use the page

Filter by GEO and method (for example UPI in India or SBP in Russia), check the Offers tab for published rates and the Requests tab for providers looking for traders and teams. Post your own request to reach P2P processing companies directly.
