The Derived partner program is open to independent agents, ISOs and referral partners. You can join with your first merchant applications or with an existing portfolio.

- referral partners.
Partnership models
Derived offers several models. Depending on the model chosen, the following are split differently:
- merchant support;
- technical setup;
- responsibility for the portfolio.
An agent who only wants to bring in clients can hand most of the work to the company, while an experienced ISO can keep more control.
What the contract covers
All key terms are set out in a written agreement:
- the residuals share, recurring payouts on merchant volume;
- the payout schedule;
- portfolio ownership rights;
- exit terms.
This matters for agents: portfolio rights and exit terms decide whether a partner keeps income and clients when moving to another company.
