Overview
DECTA is a payment processing, card issuing and acquiring infrastructure provider founded in 2015, working from London and Riga. The company describes itself as a principal member of Visa and Mastercard.
What it offers - a white-label payment gateway with a branded payment page and back office; - direct acquiring and multi-acquirer routing; - BIN sponsorship and white-label card issuing; - issuer processing and acquiring processing; - 3DS2, dispute management and a fraud module with real-time velocity and geo rules, an exemption engine and blacklist hub.
DECTA is a supplier of financial infrastructure, so its products should not be read as bank deposits or all BINs in use attributed to it. The company says its white-label module lets a team launch its own PSP with European acquiring in about four weeks.
Clients and risk Published segments are PSPs, banks, financial institutions, fintechs, ISOs and e-commerce, with the antifraud module aimed also at high-risk merchants and iGaming. Risk appetite is not described separately, so discuss higher-risk onboarding early.
Terms Markets named are the EEA, the United Kingdom and international. Pricing is individual: setup fee plus a percentage or per-transaction fee, or a SaaS licence with a transaction tariff.
