An established online business selling digital goods is losing customers from India, where many people pay with UPI and the seller cannot offer it. The request was published in July 2026.

What is needed - UPI acceptance from Indian buyers; - foreign merchant onboarding, since the seller is not registered in India; - settlement in EUR, USD or GBP; - settlement in T+1 or T+2, meaning one or two business days after payment.
Which setup fits Since the seller is not registered in India, it needs a provider with a cross-border setup: it collects rupees from the buyer and pays the seller in the seller's currency.
What to clarify The merchant's country of registration is not stated, nor is sales volume. A provider should ask where the seller is registered, which websites and products are involved, the expected turnover and whether cross-border settlement is permissible in this case.
