Indian company Supertech buys, refurbishes and resells phones and laptops and needs a gateway for refurbished electronics. Cashfree declined to onboard it, and the author finds the current Razorpay setup too expensive. The request was posted in February 2026.

- Razorpay pricing is a concern.
Reselling used electronics is a higher-risk category: providers worry about stolen devices and disputes over item condition. Documents proving where devices come from therefore matter for onboarding.
