Current setup Rent is collected through Yardi Breeze today, on a $100 minimum monthly software plan with ACH included. The 100-unit threshold mentioned is a provider pricing tier, not the size of the portfolio. Unit count and rent volume are not disclosed.
Points to clarify The project is at the planning stage; no migration has been signed. Country, legal entity and rent volume are unknown. If tenant funds pass through the manager on behalf of owners, the setup may need a regulated model, so providers should explain how they handle it.
