An Indian career SaaS is looking for a provider to accept overseas cards and subscriptions. The founder wants simple onboarding, stable payouts and minimal tax complexity when selling abroad.
Requirements - international cards; - monthly and yearly subscriptions; - one-time payments; - predictable payouts to the merchant; - simplified tax handling.
Geography The merchant is in India. Customers are in the US, the UK, Canada and Australia, English-speaking markets with a high share of card payments.
Stage The product is being built and there is no turnover yet. The 1,000 and 5,000 dollar monthly figures in the post describe the respondents the founder hoped to hear from, not the company's revenue. The legal entity and product name are unverified. The founder is comparing providers and has not made a final choice.
What to offer A merchant of record that takes on taxes, or a provider with direct payouts to India. Stating the fee and payout timing up front helps.
