The requester is looking for high-risk vertical acquiring: direct acquirers, PSPs or licensed financial institutions that will accept international cards in four demanding niches — gaming, sports betting, FX and adult.
What is needed - Visa and Mastercard acceptance; - support for both non-3DS (2D) and 3DS payments; - flexible settlement.
An important caveat The choice between 2D and 3DS must follow card-scheme rules and what each merchant is permitted to process. No authentication bypass is proposed; the point is correct routing that complies with the rules.
Geography Global, cross-border payments.
