A B2B SaaS from Cyprus is changing acquirers and wants a dedicated MID or Merchant of Record that supports card token migration. Customers should not have to re-enter card details, and subscriptions must continue without a break.
Key figures (self-reported) - live since 2025; - about 400 active subscribers; - a €99 monthly plan; - about 800 transactions and €40–50k volume per month.
Subscriber and transaction counts have not been reconciled, and all figures come from the company.
Technical requirements - Visa and Mastercard in euros; - network tokens and account updater for recurring billing; - 3DS2 exemptions; - inbound token migration via Evervault; - fraud tools.

What underwriting will review The service deals with official records and works close to the public sector, so its scope needs a separate review, and the correct MCC has not been settled. An earlier February request by the same author is part of this project's history, not another buyer.
