About the event
The US payments association EPCOR runs Virtual Regulation E Day Camp as a live online session of about three hours. Regulation E is the US rule that governs consumer electronic fund transfers, including error resolution and dispute handling for debit card, ACH and other electronic payments. The day camp format is EPCOR's intensive virtual training on a single compliance topic. It starts at 12:00 pm Central time on 17 November 2026 and runs until 3:00 pm.
Who should attend
Deposit operations, card dispute and compliance staff at banks and credit unions who handle consumer claims and need to stay current on Regulation E timelines and liability. It is also relevant for processors and fintech partners whose programmes depend on a bank's Regulation E dispute process.
