About
Merchant Payments Ecosystem, known as MPE, is a European merchant-payments event and professional network for merchants, PSPs, acquirers and payment technology providers. Beyond the annual conference it keeps an intelligence hub open to read online.
What the hub contains
The flagship publication is POSitivity, MPE's magazine, issued as PDF files; one of the later issues carries the number 107 and dates from November 2024. The hub also lists webinars, a podcast on acquiring and short video series branded "mpe talks" and "mpe miniedu". Its listings include a webinar on merchant payment ownership dated 16 October 2026 and an acquiring podcast dated 10 October 2026.
Who uses it
The themes are merchant acquiring, PSP selection, payment acceptance and POS. Contributors come from the practitioner side; MPE's author pages include people such as Panagiotis Kriaris of Unzer. A merchant can use the issues to see how peers talk about acquirer switching and in-store acceptance, while a PSP can follow which questions the merchant side is asking.
