FinTech İstanbul

FinTech İstanbul bills itself as the meeting point of the fintech ecosystem in Turkey. It is run by Mercek Tech and publishes in Turkish, with content sections for FinTech, banking, blockchain, InsurTech, RegTech, startups, tokenisation, investment, AI and cybersecurity.

What is on the site

Besides news, there are training programmes (FinTech 101, Web3 Strategy), an academy, online and upcoming events, a publications area with reports, articles, webinars, interviews and research, and a page for business partnerships. A video archive of webinars is open.

The newest entries cluster in mid-October 2026: "6 Financial Strategies for SMEs in 2027" (17 October), the final application deadline for the Mastercard PSM Awards 2026 (16 October), invitations to TÜBİSAD-Deloitte research on AI (15 October) and cybersecurity (13 October), and "Smart-i Awards 2026: 46 Projects Honored" (14 October). An August story covered the figures BKM, the Interbank Card Centre, released for July 2026.

If you handle Turkish cards or PSP licensing, the BKM figures and award calls show where the market stands, and the Turkish-language reports are rarely translated elsewhere.
