What a payment team does

A P2P or payment team is an operating unit that runs money flows for a PSP or merchant: it supplies cards, accounts and wallets for deposits, processes payouts, reconciles every transaction and handles support. Teams usually work on top of a P2P provider's platform and are paid a percentage of turnover. This catalog lists {count} teams with their GEOs, methods, volumes and deposit terms.

Types of teams in the catalog

  • Pay-in teams — accept customer deposits via C2C, SBP, UPI, bank transfer or mobile wallets.
  • Payout teams — send withdrawals to cards, accounts and wallets within agreed time limits.
  • Full-cycle teams — pay-in and payout under one contract, often with their own reconciliation and anti-fraud routines.
  • PSP integration teams — local specialists who connect providers, banks and methods in their country and help with merchant onboarding.
  • Payment operations outsourcing — reconciliation, appeals, chargeback-like disputes and 24/7 support.

Where teams work

Demand is concentrated in markets where local methods dominate: payin and payout teams in India, payment teams in Bangladesh, Turkey and South Korea, plus Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Latin America and Africa. Use the GEO filter to narrow the list.

How to evaluate a team

  • Volumes: daily capacity per method and the minimum/maximum ticket they can handle.
  • Security deposit: the size of the insurance deposit and the conditions for its return.
  • Conversion and speed: share of successful deposits and average time to credit or pay out.
  • Stability: how quickly blocked cards or accounts are replaced and what happens to funds in transit.
  • Reporting: API or panel access, statement format, reconciliation frequency.
  • Track record: time on the market and references you can verify yourself.

Using the page

Filter by GEO, method and team type. The Offers tab shows terms teams publish, the Requests tab shows providers looking for teams right now. To find a P2P team for your own flow, post a request. Nominal hub is a directory: we do not act as an intermediary and do not vouch for any listed team, so always run your own checks. Related hubs: P2P processing, P2P traders, P2P & H2H software.
