Overview
Zego is a payment service for property managers and homeowners associations (HOAs) in the US. It collects rent and dues, sets up autopay and reconciles incoming payments.
What it handles

- autopay, so money is charged on time without reminders;
- reconciliation, matching payments to charges so the accounts team does not sort them by hand.
Payment methods
Residents can pay by card, ACH (US bank debit), cheque, PayPal or cash through CashPay. A wide choice matters in rentals: some residents prefer cards, others a bank account, and some find cash easier.
Who it suits
The service targets property management companies, rental landlords and HOAs. A specialised product reflects how the industry works: recurring charges, many payers and the need to report to owners.
