Overview

Zai is a payment service provider (PSP) whose stated focus is recurring payments. The service is built for businesses that charge customers on a schedule.

What recurring payments are

The customer gives consent once, and money is then taken automatically every week, month or on another schedule. Subscriptions, membership fees, rent, dues and instalment plans all work this way. The seller does not have to invoice each time and wait, and the customer does not miss a payment by forgetting.

Why a specialist helps

Recurring billing has its own problems: declines for insufficient funds, expired cards, retries, and changes to the amount or date. A provider focused on this scenario usually offers tools for managing schedules and retries, which reduces lost revenue.

Who it suits

  • subscription services;
  • companies charging membership fees;
  • organisations collecting dues or rent.

Terms

Payment methods, countries served and pricing are not published. Ask about them when you get in touch, together with the integration format and settlement timing.
