Overview
YiPay is a payment facilitator (PayFac) operating in Taiwan. The company boards sellers as sub-merchants under its own acquirer account so they can accept payments.
The PayFac model
The facilitator vets the seller itself and places it under a shared master account. The business does not need a separate acquiring contract with a bank, so onboarding is usually faster and needs fewer documents. Settlement, refunds and disputes run through the facilitator, which answers to the acquirer for its sub-merchants.

The working market is Taiwan. The service targets companies selling to Taiwanese customers that want a local payment partner.

The contracting party is Yihe Network Co Ltd, the company that runs the payment service.

Supported methods, rates and payout timing are not published. Ask for them together with the merchant requirements: facilitators often restrict certain business categories, and it is better to know before you integrate.
