Requirements

  • Licensed fintech company or PSP

What we offer

  • Client IBANs, SEPA and SWIFT
  • Visa card issuing
  • White-label card programmes

A UK EMI with direct Visa membership offers licensed fintech companies and PSPs the infrastructure for their own payment products. The core of it is card issuance and white-label card programmes. The offer was published in June 2026.

What is included - IBANs for the company's clients; - SEPA and SWIFT transfers; - issuance of Visa cards; - white-label programmes with cards under the partner's brand.

Requirements The solution is built for licensed fintech companies. They need an issuer that opens accounts and issues cards for their users while the partner focuses on product and customer service.

Regulation and geography According to the intermediary ClearSky Network, the provider is regulated as an EMI in the United Kingdom and is a Visa member. Operations run from the UK, with European transfers via SEPA and international ones via SWIFT. Programme costs and launch timelines are not stated.

How Visa card issuing works with a partner EMI To issue Visa cards under your own brand you need a principal Visa member to act as issuer, plus a BIN, card production and processing. In this model the UK EMI holds the Visa membership and the client accounts, and the partner builds the app, onboarding and support around them. Questions worth asking before you sign: - which card types are available (debit or prepaid, virtual or physical); - who runs KYC on end users and who handles disputes and chargebacks; - which countries your cardholders may live in; - the set-up fee, per-card costs and minimum volumes.
