Tyro is openly recruiting partners to bring its payments to Australian businesses. Partners can embed payment acceptance in their own software or recommend Tyro to clients, backed by an API and the company's technical team.
Who is invited - developers of POS systems and other business software that needs built-in payments; - independent sales organizations (ISOs) working with merchants; - referral partners who simply recommend the service to their clients.
What Tyro provides Developers get an API to connect payments to a till or business system, plus technical support during the integration. For POS vendors this means card payments run straight from their own interface, with no separate terminal software or manual reconciliation. ISOs and referral partners get a ready Australian product to offer to retail and hospitality merchants.
Market and methods The program covers Australia and focuses on point-of-sale payments and related checkout scenarios.
Terms Compensation and the commercial model are not published. They are agreed with the partnerships team after an application, depending on the type of partnership.
