Overview
TendePay is a Kenyan platform for a company's outgoing and incoming payments. One dashboard brings together payroll and bulk disbursements, petty cash spending, supplier payments, invoicing and reconciliation of M-Pesa and bank account activity.

Integration
The service runs through a web dashboard. It syncs with ERP and accounting systems, so payments and reconciliation reach the books without manual re-entry.
Pricing
There are no setup or switching costs; you pay per transaction. Rates depend on the transaction amount and are worked out in the tariff calculator, so request a quote that matches your payment profile.

The operator is Tendepay Limited, Kenya. The company is listed in the Central Bank of Kenya directory as a payment service provider authorised to process payments on behalf of merchants, first licensed in January 2025.
