Overview
SysPay is a payment service provider (PSP) combining three lines: processing, payouts and payment orchestration. It is a toolkit for companies that both collect money and send it out regularly.
Services - processing: accepting and authorising incoming payments from buyers; - payouts: sending money to customers, partners or sellers; - orchestration: managing several payment providers through one layer.
Why orchestration matters When a business has several acquirers or payment methods, orchestration routes transactions between them by rules: buyer country, currency, cost or likelihood of approval. If one channel is down or declines a payment, the transaction can be retried via another. The result is a higher success rate and less dependence on a single partner.
Who it suits Marketplaces, platforms with mass payouts and international projects working with several providers at once.
