Overview
Satispay is an e-wallet that shoppers use to pay online, in physical stores and at vending machines. It operates in the European Economic Area and serves merchants in retail and e-commerce.
How the shopper pays
Payment happens in the app: the customer confirms it in the wallet or scans a QR code at the till. No card details are entered at the store, so checkout takes seconds.

Pricing in Italy
New merchants with physical stores who join from September 2026 get a simple scheme:
- transactions below EUR 10 — free;
- EUR 10 and above — 0.95% of the amount.
E-commerce, vending and special services have separate rates, which are provided at onboarding.
Who it suits
The wallet fits retailers with many small purchases — coffee shops, bakeries, kiosks — where free transactions under EUR 10 noticeably cut acquiring costs. For online stores it adds another payment method European shoppers already know.
