Overview
RosPlat is P2P processing for gambling and betting across the CIS, operating since 2023. The base rate starts at 11%, and the final rate depends on the method and ticket size.
Classic: SBP and card-to-card
The main method is the "classic" one: payment through Russia's Faster Payments System (SBP) or a card-to-card transfer. Pay-ins cost 7.5% to 15%, payouts 1%. Ticket scale:
- RUB 100 to 999: 15%;
- RUB 1,000 to 4,999: 11%;
- RUB 5,000 to 19,999: 9%;
- RUB 20,000 to 300,000: 7.5%.
The minimum transaction is RUB 100 and the maximum RUB 300,000. A separate "Counterparties" route is available at 8%.
Deposits and onboarding
- security deposit from 100 USDT;
- working deposit from 1,100 USDT;
- onboarding in up to one day, no KYC;
- exchange rate based on ByBit.

RosPlat's legal entity and own website are not confirmed; the company is known only through an open profile on a processing aggregator. The working deposit is spent on payouts, so agree in advance how it is topped up and returned.
