Overview
Riverty is a payment service that gives merchants three ways to let customers pay later: BNPL, deferred payment and instalments. The buyer places an order without paying the full amount upfront, and the store gains an extra payment option that lifts conversion.
Payment options
- BNPL (buy now, pay later), the general model of buying now and paying afterwards;
- deferred payment, where the full amount is paid later, for example after the goods arrive and are checked;
- instalments, where the amount is split into several payments.
Why it helps merchants
Deferral removes a barrier for shoppers who hesitate or are not ready to pay immediately. For expensive items, instalments help raise the average order, while paying after delivery builds trust in a new store.
Who it is for
- online stores selling fashion, electronics and home goods;
- retailers with a high average order value;
- online services where buyers want to assess the product first.
Terms
Countries, merchant fees and settlement timing are not disclosed and are discussed during onboarding.
