Details
Requirements
- Established licensed PayFac
- Own merchant KYC, underwriting and onboarding
- Not a referral or ISO model
What we offer
- Card acquiring and alternative methods
- PayFac API and merchant settlement
- Global reach subject to local availability
Rapyd onboards established PayFacs: payment facilitators that verify and onboard merchants, assess their risk and run settlement themselves. The platform provides the infrastructure, while the merchant relationship stays with the PayFac.
What is provided - card acquiring; - alternative payment methods; - a PayFac API; - merchant onboarding tooling; - merchant settlement.
Who is invited Licensed and compliant operators that already run KYC, underwriting and onboarding. Referral-only schemes and ISO sales models, where the partner only sells, are not part of this program: the PayFac must be responsible for its merchants. It suits facilitators that want one supplier for both cards and alternative methods across countries.
Terms This is ongoing onboarding, not an urgent request for a particular rail. It works globally, subject to where the company's services are available locally. Network terms require appropriate licences and KYB. The company's own licensing statements are worth discussing at contract stage, especially for the countries where you plan to onboard merchants.
