The PLUSPAY partner program is an invitation to become a participant in a payment system operating in Russia. Participants use its infrastructure for transfers, crediting funds and payments to companies.
Who is invited - banks; - payment providers; - bank payment agents.
Operations in the system - money transfers; - crediting funds to bank accounts and cards; - payments to legal entities; - top-ups of electronic money; - cash operations.
Forms of participation Agreements cover two categories: - direct participants connect to the system directly; - indirect participants work through a direct participant.
A ready document pack for connection is available to review in advance.
Who it suits For banks and agents, participation adds another channel for transfers and crediting clients. Payment providers get a route for payments to legal entities and top-ups. The choice between direct and indirect participation depends on the organisation's technical readiness and volume. Financial terms are not published.
