PaySpot is a payment services provider working in two areas: payment acceptance for merchants and electronic money solutions.
Payment services for merchants
This is the core of what a PSP does: the provider connects payment methods for the seller, processes transactions and settles the revenue. The business gets one contract and one integration point instead of separate agreements with banks and payment schemes.
Electronic money
Electronic money is monetary value stored electronically, for example in a wallet account or on a prepaid card, and used for payments. Solutions built on it make it possible to:
- hold customer funds in electronic accounts;
- make payments and transfers between those accounts;
- issue prepaid products.
Such services are usually needed by companies that want to give their users an internal balance, a wallet or gift cards without becoming a financial institution themselves.
