Overview
Payments in the Channel is a company that sells through resellers. Its idea is to let B2B service providers build acceptance, collection and management of client funds into what they already deliver to their customers.
Who can become a reseller
- MSPs — firms that run clients' IT infrastructure on a subscription basis.
- VARs — value-added resellers selling software and hardware together with setup.
- Developers and consultants.
- Accountants and agencies.
- Specialists in money movement and checkout.
Why it matters to a reseller
A contractor already handling a client's IT, books or website can also offer a tool for collecting invoice money. The client gets a solution from a familiar vendor, and the reseller adds an extra service to its package and a reason to deepen the relationship.
What is known about terms
The program is open to the public. Reward rates, the legal entity, end-client pricing and onboarding steps are not disclosed; they are shared when the partnership is discussed. If you serve many B2B clients, it is worth checking up front how reseller income is calculated and which industries are accepted.
