Overview
PayDiverse is a B2B intermediary in payment processing: it finds the merchant a suitable account with partner banks, connects a payment gateway and helps handle chargebacks. Its main market is the United States, and international work is also stated.
Payment methods
- bank cards;
- ACH, electronic transfers over the US banking network;
- eCheck, electronic cheques debited from a business or personal account;
- PINless debit cards.
Who it is for
The service is aimed at high-risk merchants, businesses that banks often refuse for direct acquiring. The broker does the work of finding a bank willing to accept the model, while approval of a specific company still depends on a review of its activity.
Payouts and ongoing support
Stated payout time is 24–48 hours. Beyond onboarding, PayDiverse manages chargebacks: it helps dispute them and keep the ratio down so the account is not closed for breaching card scheme thresholds. Rates are not published and are set per merchant.
