Overview

Omise is a payment gateway operating in four Asian countries: Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan. That suits companies selling in several of these countries that want one provider for online acceptance.

What the gateway does

The gateway connects to the merchant's website or app and routes each payment from the checkout page to the bank and back. The seller gets the transaction result, and the customer gets a familiar payment flow.

Coverage

  • Thailand;
  • Singapore;
  • Malaysia;
  • Japan.

Each of these markets has its own popular payment methods, and a provider present in several countries saves you from assembling them through separate agreements.

Who it is for

  • web stores and services selling in Southeast Asia and Japan;
  • companies expanding from one country in the region to its neighbours;
  • platforms that need a single payment acceptance partner.

Terms

The method list for each country, integration options, fees and payout timing are not listed. Request them separately for each market where you plan to sell, as terms may differ.
