Offergrid Networks Private Limited (OfferGrid) is looking for banks and financial institutions to power bulk INR payouts. Through partners, it wants to send refunds, cashback and payouts to publishers and content creators.
Payout channels - UPI, IMPS, NEFT and RTGS; - bank API; - bulk files over H2H or SFTP.
Operating model OfferGrid is a technology provider: it is not a bank, payment aggregator, prepaid instrument issuer or NBFC. Payouts must therefore run only on bank-owned rails and from clients' own corporate accounts, with OfferGrid handling the software side.
What a bank should know The scope is India only. Merchants and volumes shown in the website demo are examples, not real orders, so payout volume is not yet defined. A bank should consider whether it can connect a technology provider via API or file exchange and how it will verify each corporate client. KYB and licences are checked before launch.
