Overview
NAPS is a payment services and acquiring provider. It gives businesses two acceptance channels: POS terminals at the point of sale and payments over the internet.
Two channels, one contract
- POS: a terminal at the till for payments in a shop, restaurant or sales office;
- online: payment acceptance on a website or in an online service.
When one acquirer serves both channels, revenue is easier to reconcile: in-store and website transactions appear in shared reporting, and the contract and checks happen once. This suits chains growing online sales alongside physical outlets.
Who it suits
- retail stores and food service;
- companies with physical outlets and their own online shop;
- services that only need online acceptance.
Terms
Countries served, accepted card brands and fees are not stated in the description. Before onboarding, ask which payment schemes are available, how quickly funds arrive and whether terminals are rented or must be bought.
