Lithuanian EMI: SEPA Instant, SWIFT, prepaid cards and BaaS API

A Lithuanian EMI is offering business accounts with SEPA Instant and SWIFT in more than 20 currencies, prepaid card issuing and a BaaS API. The intermediary ClearSky Network handles onboarding; the offer was posted in February 2026.

Who it suits The author says licensed companies in high-risk industries and B2B crypto are accepted. White-label clients do not need their own financial licence, because the EMI covers the regulated part. That makes it practical for fintech startups that want to launch accounts or cards without going through licensing themselves.

Terms Each client gets a personal manager. Fees are described as attractive, but no figures are published, so pricing is calculated during onboarding. The jurisdiction is Lithuania, with operations inside the European payments area.
