Overview
JazzCash is an e-wallet in Pakistan that also gives businesses tools to accept payments. Customers pay from their wallet, and the merchant receives the money without a card terminal.
Payment methods
- E-wallet payments, online and in-app.
- QR payments: the customer scans the merchant's code and confirms the transfer on their phone.
The QR format is especially handy for small shops and service points: a printed code is enough to start, with no hardware to buy.
Coverage
The service focuses on the Pakistani market. For foreign companies it is a channel to collect payments from an audience used to mobile wallets.
Onboarding
JazzCash does not publish its fees, limits or withdrawal process openly. When applying, describe the business type, expected volume and sales format, online or in-store, to get a suitable setup.
Who it suits
Retailers, online services and small businesses in Pakistan that want to take payments from wallet users.
