Overview
HOSTAPAY is a P2P processing service that accepts payments through local payment methods. Its stated coverage is Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and South Korea.
How P2P processing works
The buyer sends money not to the merchant's account but to a card or account of a private individual in the processing network, and the service then settles with the merchant. This model is common where classic acquiring is unavailable to a project or too expensive.
Rates
- Base rate from 5%.
- For the local method in the South Korea direction, two rates are listed: 5% and 1.75%.
- The final percentage depends on the method and transaction amount.
Onboarding
- Takes 1–3 days.
- No KYC required.
- Security deposit from 500 USDT.
The deposit acts as a guarantee for the processor in case of disputes; factor it into your launch budget.
Worth knowing
The service's own website and legal entity are not confirmed; what is known comes from its public profile. Before sending traffic, clarify how the deposit is returned, how disputed payments are handled and what the per-transaction limits are, and start with small volumes.
