HitPay

Overview

HitPay is a payment gateway and merchant acquiring service from Singapore, operated by HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd at CapitaSpring. It holds a MAS major payment institution licence (PS20200643) covering domestic and cross-border money transfer and merchant acquisition. Main markets are Singapore and the Philippines, and the company also lists an international direction.

A gateway handles the technical side: the checkout page, data transfer and authorisation. Acquiring handles the money: the provider receives the payment from the buyer's bank and settles it to the merchant. With both at one provider, a company selling in both countries avoids two integrations and two sets of reports.

Registrations The company states a Philippines OPS registration (OPSCOR-2023-0006), an Australian remittance registration and a New Zealand FSPR entry. In Malaysia part of the services runs through a technology company and partners rather than the same licence.

Pricing No setup or monthly fee is stated; transaction fees depend on method and country, and local price lists are published. Ask about local methods, fees for foreign cards and the settlement schedule.
