Overview
FunPay is a P2P processor in Russia, operating since 2022 and focused on gambling and betting. Payments run as transfers between individuals via SBP (Russia's faster payments system), card-to-card and other methods, with USDT settlement priced at the Rapira rate.
Methods and rates
The base rate starts at 9%; the final rate depends on method and amount:
- Classic (SBP and card-to-card): 7–14%;
- Intrabank (transfers within one bank): 6%;
- Counterparties: 8–9%;
- GU: 10%;
- Mobile commerce (payment via mobile carrier): 14%;
- BT: 13–16.5%.
BT limits
Tickets range from 1,000 to 29,999 RUB. The rate drops as the amount grows: 16.5% for tickets up to 4,999 RUB, 15.5% up to 9,999 RUB and 13% from 10,000 RUB.
